Camps in 4 different categories  running for 1 and ½ hour a session for three sessions.  Sessions available to In-house and Travel players at 3 different age groups, 7-9 years, 10-12 years, and 13-15 years.
Each session limited to 12 – 15 players.
In addition to our athletic training we are adding age-appropriate techniques in relaxation, visualization and positive self-talk.  This is an important aspect of the game.  When players can bring themselves under control, they are much better prepared to play.
